Rock 101 Concert (Day 2)

It's Time for our Fall 2021 Season Celebration Concert: Too Much to Dream

Location: Alzafar Shriner's Outdoor Pavilion. 901 North Loop 1604 West. (Right next to the Trader Joe's between Stone Oak Parkway and Blanco Rd). The Outdoor Pavilion is to the back right of the main building. Parking is free. The main parking lot is to the left of the building and it’s a short walk to the pavilion. Just follow your ears!

ROCK 101 CALL TIME is 1:00 on SUNDAY, SEPT. 5th. Rock 101 Bands will start performing at 1:30pm. Please note, there will be seven different Rock 101 bands performing on this day, so plan on being at the concert for 2 to 2-1/2 hours. You’ll enjoy all the performances and the kids will enjoy having a big boisterous crowd! Remember to MAKE SOME NOISE!


If you are late, we cannot guarantee that your child will perform.

We have a very tight schedule.

Prior to the concert, each student will receive a show poster along with an informational sheet that will provide the Too Much To Dream festival details. You’ll be able to watch other shows that you are interested in!

Food Trucks: We will have food trucks on site. We will also provide water for the kids.

Show Shirts: Show shirts are optional at $25 each (tax included) and are PREORDER ONLY. You will find color options to suit anyone’s taste– whatever your choice, you’ll be styling. Show shirts will arrive in plenty of time for the concert. Kids love to wear them! Here is the link to order show shirts: https://forms.gle/h6bSnLCk12DcBKWQA

Seating: When you arrive, you’ll find 75 tables - give or take. Each will comfortably seat 8-10 people. Select any table for your group. The front row tables are reserved for families of current performing bands, so please don’t choose one of those. When your youngster performs, we will open the front rows of tables for your family. Once your newly minted rockstar finishes performing, please return to your original table to enjoy all the other bands. You’ll rock out to all the awesome music. It will be a fun day!

Bring the following gear:

  All Students: earplugs, water bottles

  Guitar and Bass Players: guitar, tuner, strap, picks

  Vocalists: microphone

  Drummers: drumsticks

This is an outdoor concert and masks are optional. Please feel free to bring cameras. If you post to social media please tag us @schoolofrocksanantonio and use #sorsanantonio and #sorsatx
